This was a beautiful and simple backyard Wedding at Amanda’s childhood home. They were both so emotional during the Ceremony, there wasn’t a dry eye there, including me.

I worked on this project a few months back with my favorite stylist Alicia Buszczak. She made the dress, tie, rings, suspenders and flowers entirely out of old books. Hair and Makeup by Brittany Lauren Woodside. This is part one of a whole series with a theme of Anniversary gifts by year. This is year one, paper!
A special thanks to Sheridan, all of the Letters shown with the typewriter are actual love letters I copied from her website. Check it out HERE, so sweet. They are letters between her grandparents in the 20′s.
More to come soon…
Wow! These are great! You do awesome work! The paper props are awesome too! Great job!!

Steph, These are just wonderful – so beautiful!
Truckee, California, amazing.
Louie and I drove up the day before, it was such serene drive, no traffic, lots of good music, and new places to see. We stayed in the most gorgeous house that overlooked a meadow, which was also the ceremony site. The weather was crazy that day, it was cold, but not uncomfortable, and the clouds kept moving and changing, perfect for photos. Corrina made her own Wedding dress, you can read her blog about her process HERE. And if you didn’t see their engagement photos, check em out HERE. They are some of my favorites, maybe because Corrina is one of my dearest friends, or maybe because it was in the courtyard of her parents house in Joshua Tree (so many memories there!)
The Wedding day…
What beautiful details! It’s wonderful Steph!
I’ve been working on a lot of fun projects the last few months, including this one with talented stylist Alicia Buszczak. Its been a busy Summer, and because of that I’ve neglected my blog, check back soon, I have some beautiful Weddings to share.

Heather and Michaels Wedding is featured on Green Wedding Shoes today, so exciting! Green Wedding Shoes is a great source for beautiful Wedding inspiration, so I’m honored to be a part of it. Go check it out!
Maresa & Moses had a short and sweet Ceremony on the beach in Malibu. They were surrounded by family and close friends and the weather was beautiful. Just look how gorgeous these two are…

Jennifer and Luca were married several months ago and had an intimate ceremony and reception in Topanga. They didn’t have a photographer, so they decided to do some portraits later. When they pulled up in their powder blue New Yorker, I knew it was going to be an amazing shoot.

Jennifer has a friend who makes balloon art, you can check out his facebook page HERE!

I’m finally starting to catch up on work, it’s been a busy Summer! I’m really excited to share the photos from Sarah and Aaron’s Wedding. It was just one of those perfect Weddings, beautiful weather, stunning details, and most important, such amazing people! Sarah and Aaron and their families were so welcoming and warm. Sarah’s sister, Laura did all of the Wedding decor, flowers, and event planning. They were Married in San Ramon Chapel, a quaint little Church that had so many beautiful features. They had their reception at a private winery and ranch in Santa Barbara County, it’s actually where the bride grew up! She is also the assistant winemaker there, and she and Aaron made the wine they served at their Wedding. These two are so in love, you can just tell by spending time with them, that they are going to have a lifetime of happiness together.

You have captured these people and this day so beautifully…sigh… Love your work!
xoxo,
Alicia
